About this Blog

Sitting here at one of the last Masterclasses (in TSoFs current form), Dan Schmit is telling me all these great reasons to Podcast – some I know  – some I want to try.  But how do I get my staff to want to …..

I can do another PD session ,where my 4 regulars turn up (bless them) and one or two others; who all leave with an idea, a piece of paper with some instructions and an hour off their PD hours.

I don’t blame the others for not coming, I’m not even upset (anymore).  They are all very busy people and everyone of them is a hard working, very good teacher.

I need a way they can access “just in time” PD, hear read and view the experts,  even a place to go to, to get a refresher on sessions covered earlier.

So initially I set up this blog to show staff how to Blog.  Now its going to support me to:

  •  show staff examples of,
  • give reasons to, and
  • how they can use

ICT in new ways to do new things!
